title:
summary:
This article deals with the conclusion and the expected impact of the Supreme Court's decision; 'EPA is not obligated to regulate GHGs under the PSD and Title V programs and that the EPA is not permitted to rewrite the applicable statutory emission thresholds. However EPA could regulate GHGs legally under some portions of the Clean Air Act.
persuasive:
After reading this article, I want to know more what the Clean Air Act is and that whether Korea has the Act concerned with air pollution. Whether or not there is a regulation I have to consider what I can do for clean air from small things, then we can do more things also companies can do much more things, in the end, we can have the clean air without environmental agency such as EPA, I hope.

Online Video Game Player Gets Robbed While Live Streaming
summary:
The police caught two thieves in Tempe, Arizona, thanks to Dota 2, an online video game. The thieves tried to rob a house of a Dota 2 player, who are broadcasting her game, so their robbery was broadcast by player's webcam to other players and one of those players called the police.
persuasive:
Unlike my prejudice against (online) game, after I read this article, I had a chance to consider a good point of game, especially the interconnectedness of the online game. So far I've heard about some dangers of hacking or invasion of privacy caused by interconnectedness of online game community, but as the writer said, 'this immediate reaction to the crime points to the interconnectedness of the video game community', and this was an example showing that online game could have a good effect.

Supreme Court rejects EPA’s rewrite of the Clean Air Act, but greenhouse gas regulation will go forward
Supreme Court's decision regulates EPA's authority which concerns stationary polluting sources. It is because the Clean Air Act already deals with it so this decision is not bad for environment.
Indestrial development mostly cause environmental problems. I think too much regulation discourages development. The more important thing is to follow the rules which we already have.
